1. We start the reglazing process by setting up a powerful ventilation system to vent fumes to the outside.

2. Any existing coating that was applied to the original factory finish of the tub is stripped off.

3. The tub is then  washed clean with a special industrial cleaner; it is then rinsed off with water and  sanded wet.

4. After completely drying out the tub, any surface damage is repaired with a special waterproof body filler and then the whole tub  sanded down until smooth.  

5. The area surrounding the tub is then covered and protected with a special masking paper.

6. After removing all dirt and dust from the tub, 3 coats of a special epoxy primer is sprayed on using a HVLP turbine and spray gun.

7. After letting the tub dry for about 15 minutes, 4 coats of a special two-component aliphatic acrylic urethane is sprayed on using a HVLP turbine and spray gun. The reglazing process has been completed.

8.After 24 hours the tub is dry and ready for use displaying a beautiful shiny smooth finish.
